Callum kicked off his career within the youth ranks at Rushden & Diamonds before joining Portsmouth in 2007 with the central defender spending two years at Pompey, including a loan move to his hometown club, Luton Town. After departing Fratton Park in 2010, he joined Basingstoke Town and made an immediate impact for the Stoke, impressing enough to capture the attention of Tamworth in 2011. Reynolds, however, struggled for minutes with the Lambs, leading to loans at Hinckley United, Corby Town, and eventually a permanent move to Meadow Park.
The defender spent four successful years with the Wood, a period that saw him become club captain and play a pivotal role in the side that earned promotion to the National League during the 2014/15 season, serving up a man of the match performance in the club’s historic play-off final win over Whitehawk. A move to Aldershot Town would come next, where Reynolds played a pivotal role in back-to-back play-off finishing squads of 2016/17 and 2017/18, followed by spells with Barnet, Dagenham & Redbridge and most recently Bromley.
During his time at Hayes Lane, the centre-half was a key component in the Ravens’ push for promotion to the coveted Football League and played the entirety of their Wembley play-off final triumph over Solihull Moors in May 2024. Following that, Reynolds would make 20 League Two appearances for Bromley before his eventual return to Meadow Park in January 2025.
