Ryan has started the season very well with us but has found his limited game time frustrating and with the experienced Scott Thomas returning, competition for places has got even tougher.
With that in mind, Gaffer Ian Allinson said “we are trying to keep our whole squad not only fit but match fit. Ryan’s attitude, discipline and desire has been first class, we know he has a great future ahead of him with us here at Boreham Wood and we obviously signed him with one eye on the future. In truth, he is not disappointing me with his performances but the competition within the squad at present is very strong. Everyone is fit and it’s hard to change a winning team, so it’s a good time to get out and get some game time”.
Allinson concluded by saying “Ryan can have a big impact at Harrow in the short term and we believe this loan will help him add an energy and power to the Harrow midfield.. The loan term is for 3 months and we have given permission, for Ryan to play in the forthcoming FA Cup but will not include permission for him to play in the FA Trophy”..
