The club are delighted to share that striker, Kwesi Appiah has been awarded Vanarama National League South Player of the Month for December.
Our number 14 ended the month of November with a brace away to Bath and would certainly carry that momentum into December, in which the striker would hit the back of the net eight times.
After scoring the decisive goal in our 1-0 win over Eastbourne Borough in the Isuzu FA Trophy, Kwesi would bag a hattrick against St Albans City, followed by braces against Chesham United and Enfield Town.
He would carry his form into the new year, scoring another hattrick at home to Slough Town on New Year’s Day and is now the leading goal scorer in the division.
We are delighted that Kwesi has been recognised for his impressive form with this well-deserved award, let’s hope he can keep it up!
