Boreham Wood FC is delighted to announce the arrival of defender Billy Sass-Davies and midfielder Regan Griffiths at the Mangata Pay UK Stadium, Meadow Park, on loan from League Two side Crewe Alexandra.
Billy Sass-Davies began his career at Crewe Alexandra and has made 47 appearances for the League Two side, including 22 appearances in League One. The 23-year-old defender has also had notable loan spells, gaining experience at the National League level with clubs like Altrincham, Yeovil Town, and, most recently, Woking last season.
Regan Griffiths is also a graduate from Crewe Alexandra’s academy and has made over 50 appearances for The Railwaymen. The 23-year-old central midfielder also spent time on loan at Notts County during the 2020/21 season.
Both Regan and Billy, subject to necessary clearances, will be available for tomorrow’s derby day fixture against Barnet. Regan Griffiths will wear the number 18 shirt, and Billy Sass Davies will wear the 22 shirt.
