Following a review of the weather forecast, with snow fall due overnight and tomorrow, whilst coupling this with consideration of Torquay United’s travel commitments, the Club can confirm that tomorrow’s FA Trophy 4th Round matchup between Boreham Wood and Torquay United at Meadow Park has been postponed.
Mutual agreement to postpone the game amongst the respective Club’s along with the FA’s permission, now means in line with FA guidance, the game has been rearranged for Tuesday 19th January 2021, with a 7.00pm kick off.
As a result, with the FA Trophy taking precedent over the league proceedings, our scheduled derby fixture at Meadow Park against Barnet on Tuesday evening has consequently been postponed and will now need to be rearranged. Further details will follow in due course.
Any supporters who had purchased a BWFCtv match pass for tomorrow’s original FA Trophy 4th Round fixture, please be rest assured that your match pass will remain eligible for Tuesday evening’s rearranged fixture.
