Form Guide

The Wood will be looking for a reaction on Monday, having been defeated at home by Dover Athletic on Tuesday night.

It was only the Wood’s second defeat at home this season and the side will want to return to winning ways at Meadow Park.

Wood stopper Ryan Huddart will be looking to add to his tally of seven clean sheets so far this season.

Meanwhile, at the other end of the field, Josh Umerah will want to add to his six goals so far this campaign.

The Wood are the current holders of the Herts Senior Cup, having lifted the trophy last season, beating Royston Town in the final.

Managed by Max Mitchell, St Margaretsbury compete in the Premier Division of the Essex Senior League.

The Bury currently sit 10th in the table on 25-points this season and won 2-1 last time out, against Stanway Rovers.

From the Dugout – Luke Garrard

“Obviously they are doing ever so well in the Essex Senior Leagues, currently sitting in 10th place.

“They will be coming here seeing the pitch and seeing that they have an opportunity to progress in the Herts Senior Cup.

“I can imagine that it is going to be a tough affair and obviously we have got our own agenda in the competition.

“We obviously want to progress in the cup and we are currently the holders of it, having beaten Royston last year.

“It is a trophy that I have said to my squad, that I want on the mantel again, come the end of the season.”
