Boreham Wood travel to Evo-Stik Southern Football League Premier Division side Arlesey Town this Saturday 11 August 2012, for their last Pre-Season match.
Arlesey Town gained promotion as Champions at the end of the 2010/11 Season, finishing their first Season at Step Three level just one place above the relegation zone.
The two sides last met in another Friendly two Seasons ago, when the game ended in a 1 – 1 draw.
The members’ owned Club have had mixed results in the last month. They held our fellow League rivals Salisbury City to a 1 – 1 draw in July. Their last two results have been a 0 – 1 defeat at the hands of Biggleswade Town, followed by a 0 – 3 defeat at Dunstable. They are due to play Stevenage this Tuesday prior to our visit to the Armadillo Stadium.
