Boreham Wood FC’s bar will finally open its doors to the general public and our supporters this afternoon (Saturday 18th July) for the very first time since lockdown.

The Club has endured an incredibly difficult time during lockdown, but has created a COVID approved site, complete with a new one-way system, which runs from the Club’s car park into the ‘Gallery Suite’ and from the new bar corridor into the Stadium itself.

Our Safety Officer and staff have set the stadium up to include staffed toilets, a Stadium one-way system and we estimate that the ground can now comfortably cater for 300 people to share a drink while still keeping socially distant and compliant with the new government guidelines at all times.

Following last night’s National League play off eliminator victory over FC Halifax Town, the Club are hoping that this afternoon many of our fans will pop into the Club to enjoy a catch up, discuss the play offs, enjoy a drink and the magnificent pitch views.

The weather is going to be great, the Stadium music is going to be on with ‘Hughsie’ on the mic. We are hoping this will announce to us all that our Club, our supporters and our community are finally BACK TOGETHER AGAIN for the very first time since way back in March…

WE LOOK FORWARD TO WELCOMING ALL OUR FANS, FAMILY FRIENDS TO MEADOW PARK BETWEEN 12-4PM.

OUR CLUB. OUR TOWN. OUR COMMUNITY.
