The Wood presently sit fourth and are unbeaten in the National League after winning away at Southend United on the opening day 1-0, and then drawing 2-2 at home against Notts County on Saturday in front of 1,303 fans, which was a home record attendance for an opening league game at the LV BET Stadium Meadow Park.
Next up are our old friends Aldershot Town, so let’s hope our promising start to the season can continue. Tickets are still on sale and they can be purchased right up until kick-off.
