It is with huge disappointment that Boreham Wood FC need to postpone this Saturday’s (4th July) ‘Back Together Again’ Meadow Park Stadium pub garden initiative in light of today’s league play off meeting, which brings forward Wood’s play off eliminator clash against FC Halifax Town.

In short, after discussing things today with the National League, the FA and our fellow competing clubs, Wood now know the confirmed date of our play off eliminator match at home to FC Halifax Town, which as stated above will be played sooner than the Club had previously expected.

At the leagues request the exact details cannot yet be announced, but you can expect confirmation and a public announcement from the National League tomorrow evening.

Due to the game being brought forward, all preparations within the Stadium and associated areas have now been pushed forward to ensure that our Meadow Park home is not just COVID-19 approved but looks at its best for the much-anticipated game covered live by BT Sport.

We have of course rescheduled our ‘Back Together Again” event and we’ve set aside Saturday 18th July 2020 between 12-4pm as our new date for our Stadium pub garden initiative and we look forward to welcoming you all then.

We really do apologise for any inconvenience caused, but things will become clearer when the new date is announced and of course we thank you in advance for your understanding and continued support.
