Tonight, Tuesday 6th December 2011, Boreham Wood host Leverstock Green in the Herts Senior Cup at Meadow Park, kick off 7.45pm.
In the Last Round a youthful Boreham Wood side travelled to Hertford Town. Hertford took the lead just before half time, however ‘Wood equalised in the second with a penalty from Watford loanee Chez Isaacs. ‘Wood’ continued to pile on the pressure, but Hertford held strong to force the game into extra time. Hertford finally succumbed in extra time, with an excellent finish from 17 year old forward Dean Rubinia and Boreham Wood advanced into the next round.
Admission prices for tonight’s game have been reduced to £8 for adults and £4 for children/OAP, so come down and get behind the boys.
