RESERVES WIN SUBURBAN LEAGUE TITLE

12 April 2011

Boreham Wood clinched the Suburban League North Title, with a comfortable 2-1 win at top of the table rivals, Camberley Town, with 3 weeks of the season left.

Wood reserves have surpassed all expectations with what is our Under 19 team and to sit 15 points clear in a tough men’s league and win a championship in early April is truly a remarkable feat.

So rather than write a match report on Saturdays game, the club would rather say a big thank you to the manager Ryan Kirby, our coach Paul Burrows,  our players, parents, medical staff, kit men, and of course our wonderful mini bus drivers. In fact a big thank you to everyone who has committed themselves to this memorable league campaign.
