The first-team squad returned to pre-season on Saturday for a gruelling first session back.

After the greetings were concluded, the group were taken on a tour around the ground showing the new North Bank stand, had a team meeting, performed several fitness tests before working on a passing drill and some small-sided games.
The Wood’s first pre-season friendly is against an Arsenal XI on Saturday July 6th at Meadow Park (3pm).
