Boreham Wood FC are delighted to announce that the Club have teamed up with PlayerData to become the Club’s official Performance Partner.
PlayerData provides industry leading GPS technology with the aim to take team analysis to a new level, transforming the way athletes train by providing live performance data at the management’s fingertips on all devices; desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile.
Upon partnering with PlayerData, Wood’s CEO Charlie Hunter commented, “We are delighted to team up with PlayerData as the Club’s official Performance Partner for the next two seasons. With the introduction of two full-time sports science personnel within the Club’s football structure this off-season, it was vitally important for the Club to invest within the department to give them the tools required to make a difference. GPS technology is now a staple within the game at our level, but the data provided to us through PlayerData’s technology exceeds what we have previously had to our disposal, whilst also providing live training and in-game data to support the management team’s decision making every step of the way. We look forward to working closely with our friends at PlayerData to further develop this area of the Club.” Hunter concluded.
