Boreham Wood Football Club are delighted to announce that Elstree and Borehamwood Town Council, have once again agreed to partner the club following our promotion to the new National league.
BWFC Chairman Danny Hunter commented on the recently signed agreement. ” The partnership between the Town Council and the club has always been a supportive one. Our promotion has been particularly well received by the town and the town counsellors. It’s great that such a respected body as the town council take an interest in their local club and for them to ask us to lead the towns parade this year was a particular highlight”..
“During the parade you could feel the pride that the town is feeling at our unexpected promotion to the new National League. We must now build on that feel good factor, keep ourselves in the division and make the community equally as proud of us next season”.
