Boreham Wood are delighted to announce that Reserve Coach Paul Burrows, will again continue his work with the clubs exciting crop of youngsters. Paul will step up to manage the Reserve Team in next seasons Premier ‘A’ Division of the Suburban League.

 Paul played nearly 100 times for Boreham Woods First Team, winning titles and reaching the Semi-Finals of the F.A. Trophy. He then developed a chronic back problem, which forced him into retirement in 2009. Paul will continue to take his coaching badges next season through the club and current manager Ian Allinson said, “Paul is a great servant to our club and has played for me many times over the years. He knows how I want to play and the ethos and work ethic of the club. He will do a great job for me and I will also involve him with the First Team at times and in much of our scouting work”.
