MATCH PREVIEW: BOREHAM WOOD VS DAGENHAM AND REDBRIDGE

12 April 2017

Preview

It’s a big game for both sides this coming Friday. John Still and his Dagenham side will be looking to cement their position in the top 5 and secure a play-off berth whilst Luke Garrards men will be looking to cement their place in the top 10 and ensuring the clubs highest ever finish in the top tier of Non League Football.

Dagenham are currently playing some of their best football at the business end of the season, and have recently put four past both Eastleigh and Macclesfield and so the Wood defensive unit will need to be at their very best.

After two disappointing defeats to Southport and Macclesfield, a win against North Ferriby on the weekend lifted the Wood into 10th. Hopefully a platform for Garrard’s men to build on going into the last few games of the season.

With the Wood having won at Dagenham earlier in the season, Dagenham will be looking to correct that and pick up the three points, although Wood will want to pick up the double against one of the bigger sides in the division.

We welcome back both Scott Doe and Luke Howell to Meadow Park. Both played their part in the Wood’s great escape last year.

With it sure to be a cracker and a game not to be missed get down to Meadow Park and cheer on Luke Garrard and his men.
