The Club are thrilled to announce that Tom White has signed a new contract at Meadow Park until the end of the 2027/28 season, with an option of a further year.
The all-action midfielder arrived in Hertfordshire last summer from Morecambe and immediately endeared himself to supporters with his relentless work rate and energy in the middle of the park.
He played a pivotal role in our 18-game unbeaten run at the start of last season, culminating in him notching his first goal in his new colours against Truro City, before a severe hamstring injury sustained against FC Halifax Town curtailed his promising start to life in WD6.
After spending months on the sidelines while stepping up his recovery, the 29-year-old finally returned to action from the bench against Brackley Town in March.
A start against FC Halifax Town a week later saw him nail down a central midfield role alongside Regan Booty for the remainder of the season, orchestrating a run of just one defeat in seven matches as we clinched fourth place.
Leading the team out at Wembley Stadium for our play-off final clash with Rochdale, White endured a rollercoaster of a 2025/26 campaign and will be integral to our aim of going one better this term.
