Luke Norris came through the youth systems at Luton Town and Brentford, where he signed his first professional contract ahead of the 2011/12 season. He made his senior debut for the Bees in April 2011, with loan spells at Boreham Wood, Northampton Town and Dagenham & Redbridge providing valuable senior experience.
A permanent move to Gillingham followed in 2014, before he joined Swindon Town in August 2016. After two seasons at the County Ground, Norris signed for Colchester United in 2018, where he spent three years before moving to Stevenage in 2021.
At Stevenage, Norris played a key role in the club’s promotion to League One during the 2022/23 campaign, earning the club’s Player of the Year award after scoring 14 goals in 48 appearances. He spent the following two seasons with Tranmere Rovers before returning to Meadow Park to sign for Boreham Wood on a permanent basis in July 2025.
