Luke Garrard’s side look to cap off an unbeaten September when newly-promoted Kidderminster Harriers visit on Tuesday evening.
Having returned to the Enterprise National League in 2023 after a seven-year absence, Kiddy were unable to maintain their place in the division as they suffered relegation in their first season back at the level.
However, they bounced back at the second opportunity, returning to the top tier of non-league football last season after edging past South Shields in the play-off final.
After netting Kidderminster’s first goal back in the National League in a 1-0 victory over Eastleigh, Levi Amantchi’s summer loan arrival from Gateshead could be key if they are to retain their status this time around.
The 25-year-old has turned out for a plethora of clubs throughout non-league with the likes of Potters Bar Town, Braintree Town, Brackley Town and Maidstone United but it was at Bromley where he established himself as a key part of their squad.
Joining Andy Woodman’s side at the end of 2023, he was part of the squad which secured promotion to the Football League for the first time in their history before netting their first-ever goal as an EFL club in a Carabao Cup clash with AFC Wimbledon.
While also netting the decisive winner against Rochdale to set up a historic Emirates FA Cup clash at Newcastle United, Amantchi signed for divisional rivals Walsall after two years with the Ravens.
Stints at Rochdale and Gateshead followed, appearing on 19 occasions for the latter last term before making the switch to Aggborough Stadium in the summer.
Adam Murray’s departure to fellow National League outfit Barrow was a seismic pre-season blow, but Paul Wotton came in his place.
After an illustrious playing career which saw him make just under 500 appearances for Plymouth Argyle and feature for teams including Southampton and Yeovil Town, he landed his first managerial job at Truro City in 2019.
Having previously been on the coaching staff at Plymouth in various positions, Wotton guided the Tinners to promotion from the Southern League Premier Division South in his fourth season in charge.
He subsequently joined cross-Tamer rivals Torquay United ahead of the 2024/25 season, penning a three-year deal at Plainmoor, with the primary objective of securing promotion from the National League South.
Ironically, it was his former employers, Truro, who pipped his side to the title as they finished in second place on goal difference before being defeated by the Wood in the play-off semi-final.
Despite a bitter end to the campaign, there were plenty of positives for Wotton to take with a newly assembled squad under a new ownership consortium, but last season didn’t bring the same success.
Dismissed after a 5-0 defeat to Chelmsford City in March which left them sitting in fourth place, the 49-year-old wouldn’t be out of the game for long though as he touched down in Worcestershire in May.
The teams last met in December 2023 when a Lee Ndlovu brace put the Wood two to the good with Gold Omotayo halving the deficit in the second-half, as we finished the year with all three points.
The reverse meeting came only four days prior where the spoils were shared in a 1-1 draw on Boxing Day as a late Ashley Hemmings penalty cancelled out Billy Sass-Davies’ opener.
The game kicks off at 15:00 and will operate under full segregation.

Access to the Stadium is available via turnstiles 1 to 6 at the North-East of the Stadium for home supporters and via turnstiles 9 and 10 at the South of the Stadium for visiting Kidderminster Harriers supporters. Turnstiles 7 and 8 will not be in operation.
Turnstiles 1 and 2, as well as 9 and 10, will open one-and-a-half hours prior to kick-off at 17:30 when the Stadium opens.
Spectator accommodation will open at 17:30. Stadium catering will be available in the north-east corner, adjacent to The Glass House. The north-east and north-west toilets will also be open.
