Job Title: Academy GK Coach (First Team Support)
Type/salary: Full time, salary commensurate of experience

Reports to: Charlie Hunter (Sporting Director), Luke Garrard (First Team Manager) and Ross Weare (Academy Manager)
The Academy Goalkeeping Coach will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality coaching sessions that support the technical, tactical, physical and personal development of the club’s Academy goalkeepers. Working closely with the Academy coaching team and first-team goalkeeping department, the successful candidate will monitor player progress, contribute to individual development plans and provide coaching and operational support to the first team when required. The role requires flexibility, including regular evening and weekend work to attend training sessions, matches and other club activities.
