AWAY DAYS: SOLIHULL MOORS

2 November 2018

With the Wood Army fanbase growing significantly, we want to help to ensure that our supporters find a way to each of our away games.

Luke Garrard and the squad will need as many of the Wood Army at the game against Solihull Moors as possible, to help cheer them on.

As such, we have compiled this easy to follow guide on alternative travel to the match against Solihull Moors, which takes place tomorrow at 3pm.

The best train station to travel to is Solihull Railway Station, which is around two-and-a-half miles away from the stadium.

There is a bus (the X12) which takes you from the station and near to the stadium. The bus stop is opposite John Lewis (stop SB). You will need to get off at the Rover Works entrance at the Damson Parkway/Damson Lane roundabout and it is a six minutes’ walk to the ground from there.

Solihull Railway Station can be reached directly from London Marylebone and trains run approximately every 30 minutes, taking around an hour and 40 minutes.

London Marylebone can be reached from Elstree and Borehamwood Train Station, via a train from London St Pancras.

You can also drive to Solihull Moors and it takes around two hours to get there.

There is a car park at the ground which is free for cars arriving an hour or more before kick-off. If you arrive after 2pm, then there is a charge of £2.

Your attendance and efforts to get to the game would be hugely appreciated by the Chairman, management and players, as they continue with the new National League campaign.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT.
