The Club are delighted to announce that our highly talented and exciting young attacking midfielder, Abdul Abdulmalik has extended his contract, keeping him at Meadow Park until the end of the 2026/27 season with an option for a further year!
Abdul arrived at Meadow Park in July of last year, following his departure from Championship side Millwall, coming after he graduated from the Lions’ academy. Since then, the 22-year-old has become a huge favourite amongst the Wood faithful.
Thanks to his pace and technical ability, the young forward has made a colossal impact whenever stepping foot on the pitch, never failing to have us on the edge of our seats and has recently solidified his place in Luke Garrard’s starting eleven.
We are thrilled to have Abdul with us for another two seasons and look forward watching him further develop as a player while continuing to play a crucial role in the team!
