Boreham Wood FC is delighted to announce Elliot Allum as our new First Team Analyst.

Elliot joins Gaffer Luke Garrard’s backroom management staff, alongside Assistant Manager Vic Akers, Head Coach Cameron Mawer and fellow new recruits Goalkeeping Coach Martin Brennan and Physio Adam Woodrow.

Elliot comes to the Wood coupling his role as First Team Analyst with his coaching responsibilities with Arsenal Women as Youth Development Phase Lead and Under 21’s Coach.

Allum has a wealth of knowledge having gained his UEFA B license in 2016 and is currently working towards his UEFA A license. In addition to his coaching qualifications, Elliot played for both Brentford and Woking as a youth team player. Elliot will work closely with First Team Manager Luke Garrard in delivering analysis sessions tailored to the First Team squad and their opposition.

Upon Elliot accepting the position, Garrard commented, “I am delighted to have Elliot on board as a part of my backroom staff. When I met with Elliot, he demonstrated to me his knowledge of the game and showed an immense amount of enthusiasm and energy. I’m looking forward to working with him.”

Elliot commented on his appointment, “I’m delighted to be offered the opportunity to be part of Luke’s backroom team at Boreham Wood FC. The Club has a clear vision and an exciting future, which I’m immensely grateful to be part of.”

Allum continued, “As soon as I came through the door I was surrounded by enthusiastic people, who are all striving to succeed. I want to help develop our game on the pitch through the use of analysis and support the team in achieving our goals and targets for the season.”

Welcome to the Club, Elliot!
