Wood welcome 3 new signings to Meadow Park this week, on loan 22 year old midfielder Danny Green who arrived from Dagenham & Redbridge 1 week ago. Green began his career with Northampton Town then enjoyed a short spell with Nottingham Forest. Danny was signed by the Daggers from Billericay Town in 2009 making his debut in their opening day victory at Crewe.
Wood also welcome Jordan Hibbert, 20 year old midfielder from Queens Park Rangers, Jordan signed his first professional deal with Barnsley in 2009 after impressing in the academy and reserves since arriving from Chelsea. Jordan made the move to Queen Park Rangers on loan January 2010, before making the move permanent in July signing for an undisclosed fee.
The last arrival is 18 year old central defender Danny Fitzsimons who also comes to Meadow Park on loan from Queens Park Rangers. The under 18 republic of Ireland international signed for Queens Park Rangers in the summer of 2010 after being released by Millwall. Danny has already enjoyed a short term loan spell at Histon FC making 6 appearances for the Blue Square Premier outfit
