Boreham Wood FC and our Community Trust were thrilled with the engagement from our recent Primary School’s Day at last Saturday’s Vanarama National League home fixture against FC Halifax Town live on BT Sport.
The energy brought by local Primary School students within the Stadium was fantastic with over 73 exclusive ticket bundles were purchased, adding over 150 spectators to the crowd.
We also ran a competition that would see the Primary School with the best presence at the game win a new PUMA match kit for their School’s teams. We are delighted to announce that Fair Field Primary School won our competition with a staggering 85 students, teachers, parents, guardians, friends and other family attending Saturday’s match. An incredible turnout, so thank you to everyone at Fair Field Primary School for your amazing efforts in supporting the Wood!
The Club and the Community Trust would like to thank all the participating School’s for your engagement over the past month. It was our pleasure to join School assemblies and for our Community Trust staff, First Team Manager and various players to meet you and your amazing students.
OUR CLUB. OUR TOWN. OUR COMMUNITY.
