Boreham Wood’s 2-1 win over League One Blackpool, has been nominated for the Emirates FA Cup giant-killing of 2017-18, and you can vote now.
Boreham Wood produced FA Cup magic back in November, as they beat a Football League side for the first time in their 70-year history and knocked Blackpool out of the cup 2-1.
The Wood had to come from behind, as Blackpool went ahead in the 62nd minute, through Danny Philliskirk.
However, a double substitution from Luke Garrard turned the table on the League One side, as Blair Turgott and Dan Holman both came on to score.
Do you think that Wood’s 2-1 win over Blackpool in the First Round of this season’s competition was the best giant-killing of 2017/18?
Your vote can help the Wood to be recognised for their incredible comeback victory over the former FA Cup champions.
The award will be presented during the FA Cup Final at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, 19 May.
We are up against Wigan Athletic, who beat Manchester City, Coventry City, who saw victory over Stoke, and Nottingham Forest, who defeated Arsenal.
