Boreham Wood Football Club’s Away Day Travel has completely sold out for tonight’s trip to Havant and Waterlooville (7.45pm).
With the Wood Army fanbase growing significantly, we want to help to ensure that our supporters find a way to each of our away games.
Luke Garrard and the squad will need as many of the Wood Army at the game as possible to help cheer them on to another successful season.
As such, we have compiled this easy to follow guide on alternative travel to the game.
Havant Railway Station is situated just over a mile away from the club’s West Leigh Park ground – a short 20 minute walk.
The station is served by trains from London Waterloo, which run every 15 minutes and usually take just over an hour – dependant on which train you catch.
London Waterloo can be reached from Elstree and Borehamwood station by taking the short train to London Blackfriars, and then the short train from London Blackfriars to London Waterloo.
You can also drive to Havant and Waterlooville and there is a free car park at the ground, as well as overflow street parking. The journey takes an hour and 45 minutes.
Your attendance and efforts to get to the game would be hugely appreciated by the Chairman, management and players, as they continue with the new National League campaign.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT.
