Boreham Wood FC would like to update its supporters on season ticket and our live streaming service, which is due to start this Saturday, 10th October against FC Halifax Town.

Following the expiration date to advise the Club if you would like a refund on your 2020/21 season ticket, we have received a total of 77 refund requests. This is made up of 50 Adults, 7 OAPS, 14 Under 16’s and 6 Under 20’s.)

Firstly, we would like to thank all supporters that have opted to keep their season tickets and show their ongoing support and commitment to the Club at a time when it has been the Clubs only source of income since March.

There were many supporters who had initially requested refunds and then changed their minds to retain their season tickets, which we also greatly appreciate.

Of the 460 total season tickets, 127 of them were given FREE via our lockdown twitter campaigns to raise community spirit and so the percentage of refunds requested for those that paid for a season ticket is 23% (77 out of 333 paid season tickets.)

The Club has a large sum of £9,613.00 to process in refunds, these will take place over the coming days, so please be patient with us as we process these.

As you are aware if you chose to retain your 2020/21 season ticket, you are eligible for complimentary live streaming of all Boreham Wood FC League home games this season via our BWFCtv “match pass” service.

Each season ticket holder will be sent a unique code to use for the entirety of the season. This code will be emailed out to season ticket holders in the next two days; Tuesday or Wednesday, along with all necessary directions on how to access the stream and our match day programme.

In recognition that the transaction and administration fees collected by our then-ticketing partner Event Genius are non-refundable, we will be granting complimentary BWFCtv “match pass” access for this Saturday, 10th October against FC Halifax Town.

These codes are single use only for the FC Halifax Town match this Saturday and will be distributed to refunded season ticket holders via email at the back of the week; Thursday or Friday.

All BWFCtv “match pass” purchases can be made by visiting This page, although live, is still under construction, with the aim to have it fully operational for individual “match pass” purchases as of tomorrow (Tuesday) evening.

Thank you for your continued support and patience.
