Boreham Wood FC are delighted to announce that VW Citygate are to continue as a principal partner of the Club as sleeve sponsors for the upcoming 2022/23 season.
VW Citygate is a one-stop shop for anyone or any organisation’s automotive needs, whether that be buying or financing a new or used car or van, buying or leasing a fleet of vehicles, getting a service or MOT, or even if your vehicle requires routine maintenance, repair or bodywork, Citygate is the place for you.
As part of our partnership, the Club’s Academy will get use of four Volkswagen commercial vehicles from their Transporter range to help with the stringent travel requirements of the UK’s number 1 sports/education programme. These 9-seater luxury vans will assist the Club with its daily and weekly transport obligations, whether that be ferrying Academy players from education sites to training and visa versa, from training to the train station or to and from away matches.
James Feehan, Citygate Divisional Director said, “When we decided to sponsor the team at the beginning of the 2021/22 season, we could never have imagined the journey we would share in our first year as a Club sponsor. The FA Cup run was simply unbelievable and everyone at the Club has been fantastic. Our staff have enjoyed some great moments along the journey, and they all feel a sense of pride seeing the Citygate name on the sleeve of the Wood shirts.
