Boreham Wood FC are saddened that overnight we have had three of our fleet of minibuses tampered with in the club car park.
Three spare wheels from our minibuses that are solely used by our Academy to get to their games, by our community to help local schools and by our supporters to get to away matches, have all been stolen. Retiring them unusable until a solution can be reached as they do not meet both road and insurance safety requirements.
This afternoon when routinely checking the vehicles, we noticed that the straps that keep the spare tyres secured underneath, were found to of been cut and the wheels had been stolen.
The club are asking for anyone with any information, to please report it to our local police.
