We will firstly reward our die-hard Wood Army home supporters, but also try to strike a balance that better supports some of our other club supporters going forward.With the new scheme we have tried to be fair to the more casual supporters among us who, either through work, family or other considerations like being a Watford, Arsenal or Spurs season ticket holder, are only able to attend Meadow Park five or six games each season.
The new scheme is going to reward our die-hard supporters, who have attended 15 or more home league games by the end of this season and they will, under the new membership scheme, have the opportunity to purchase a fully discounted season ticket next season for just £99 which is the equivalent of just £4.30 a game.
All other Adults and OAPs who, for whatever reason could not attend at least 15 home league games this season, will have the opportunity to purchase a discounted 2020/21 season ticket for £199 which is the equivalent of £8.65 a game.
Should you not meet the criteria of attending 15 home league games this season and don’t want to purchase the £199.00 season ticket you can, if you choose, be part of our brand new Club Membership Scheme (CMS) for just £49.
The new membership scheme will allow all Adult and OAP members to gain entry into 23 home league games for just £12 a game for Adults and £10 a game for OAP’s. Membership will also allow £5 off our official away day travel club prices, whilst also receiving 20% off any function suite hire and 10% off certain club shop items.
On top of the above, all season ticket holders and club members will also receive discounts off their pre or post match pint in our home supporters bar on a Saturday match day from 1pm until 6pm. (terms and conditions apply).
It is hoped all of our supporters appreciate that we have the lowest home attendances of any club now playing at National League level whilst also understanding that we feel next season is the right time for our football club to try and generate just a little bit more income in regards to season ticket sales, new club membership sales and to improving our gate receipts.
Any club members next season who attend 15 home league games or more, will automatically be rewarded with the option of the £99 season ticket offer the following season.
Any increase in the first team budget will we hope allow us to further compete in our quest for EFL football. So whatever your support level and whatever your budget preference, we hope you will take advantage of one of the heavily discounted club offers and support your local community club.
We are announcing these offers now as it is only correct that all of our current season ticket holders, are given advance warning of these changes, especially for those of you who may wish to maintain your £99 season ticket for next season.
We are also looking at similar schemes for other age categories and will announce further information in due course.
