Wood head into a tough fixture this coming Saturday when a resurgent York City come to Meadow Park.
Luke Garrard knows the task his side will face as York City who appointed former boss Gary Mills have started to show the kind of form that will pull them away from the dreaded drop.
Having been in that position last year Wood know full well the pressures involved. Although that pressure is significantly greater for York City as they were one of the favourites to return to the Football League at the first time of asking.
Gary Mills has a bit of an edge over the Wood having already won here this season with Wrexham and in both games last year a record Wood hope doesn’t continue come 5pm on Saturday.
Garrard hopes to have two if not all of his injured players back at his disposal for the visit of York City.
Despite only one win in 10 league games a win would see the Wood back in the top 12.
Come and be our 12th man and get behind Luke Garrard and his side.
