A really tough test awaits the boys this Wednesday with the visit of the F A Trophy Semi-Finalists and our congratulations go out to them for that amazing feat.

Analysing their Cup exploits makes stern reading for opposing sides in The Skrill South. Five of the six sides they beat en route to the Semis came from our Division. Add to that a comfortable 4-1 win against Skrill Premier Aldershot Town and you get a feel of what we will be up against!

In the League poor weather and the cup run means Lee Bradbury’s charges are ridiculously just halfway through their League campaign. That said their recent unbeaten run in the competition stretches back to November 23rd when Bromley took maximum points. The side have lost just six times so far this campaign, a reflection of their dip in form back in September.
If Havant were to replicate their current form of six wins and a draw in their coming matches they would sit third in the table, still having games in hand over some of the top five sides!

This will be the fourth time of asking that the two will meet, with an away tie scheduled in April. It will be interesting to see how fit the two sides are by then. Our nine scheduled fixtures this month pale into insignificance slightly given that the visitors must complete twelve matches in the same period!

Leading goalscorers to watch are Sahr Kabba with twelve and Nic Ciardini with ten.
We are of course riding on the crest of a mini wave given our result last Saturday. The most pleasing aspect of that result was the fact that all three of our recent striker signings all opened their accounts on the afternoon and will be hungry to build upon that.

It promises to be a close contest and with both sides absolutely desperate for a maximum points haul it will be one to savour!

So get on down to Meadow Park and cheer on the boys!

Wednesday March 5th kick off 7.45pm.
