Alex Morgan enjoyed a lively debut for Northwood, having followed Jack Gibbs on loan to the Bostik League South Central side.
The young forward featured for 67 minutes in a 2-2 draw with Ware last Saturday, where he partnered James Ewington up-front.
It was his strike partner who created his first chance of the match. Ewington set up Zaied Sabti, and his shot was deflected into the path of Morgan, but a Ware defender made a match-saving block off the line, to deny him.
It was later during the game that the young striker showed his vast potential, as a swift turn of pace saw him storm through the Ware backline, but somehow Anthony Page pushed his shot over the crossbar.
Defender Gibbs, also on loan at Northwood, missed the fixture due to a call-up to the Boreham Wood first team by manager Luke Garrard.
Goalkeeper Fred Burbidge made his second appearance, and home debut, for Dunstable Town.
Burbidge helped his side to a draw against much fancied Evo-Stik League South, Division One Central side Cambridge City.
Amongst the favourites to win promotion, Burbidge would have his work cut out to shut out the play-off chasers, who have scored 10 goals in seven games so far this season.
Burbidge did eventually see his goal-line breached on the brink of half-time, although to much controversy, with Dunstable calling for a foul in the build-up to the goal.
Burbidge and his teammates though were able to claw their way back into the match and earn a deserved 1-1 draw, with the on-loan Wood stopper making a number of excellent saves.
The most decisive save coming late in the second half, with Burbidge keeping out Ebby Nelson in a one-v-one situation.
Striker Bradley Ash slotted straight back into the Weston-super-Mare eleven for their game against Dartford, as he was unable to play in their recent cup ties.
The forward didn’t take long to get back into the swing of things, taking down a superb through ball from Jake Lee, although Deren Ibrahim done well to keep out his effort.
The striker was substituted with eight minutes remaining and it was another valuable game in the bank for Ash, who continues his return from a long-term injury.
