Boreham Wood Football Club are pleased to announce that Automotive Retailer Lexus Edgware Road have renewed their sponsorship with the club for a third successive season.

Lexus Edgware Road, located at The Hyde, Edgware Road, Colindale, north London, will continue to be emblazoned on the back of the club’s home and away shirts.

Lexus Edgware Road, who featured on our FA Cup whistle-stop tour and supported us all the way to Wembley in the Promotional Final in May, also feature in our matchday programme and around our Meadow Park ground.

General manager Diana Mackinnon said: “We have enjoyed two spectacular years of football with Boreham Wood and we are very much looking forward to being involved for our third season. Practically the centre’s entire staff have cheered on the team and it gives us all a huge sense of pride to see the players sporting our business’ name on their shirts.

“The sponsorship provides us with the opportunity to promote the Lexus brand to a wider range of motorists many of whom wouldn’t have considered us in the past. We have established some fantastic relationships with members of the club and fans and we are now starting to see more Lexus vehicles in the car park.

“In addition, players and club managers have supported our own events and often pop in to see us at the centre on Edgware Road in north London. Our partnership is very much about supporting each other in our business outlook and forging a relationship with the local community, it has proved to be an excellent promotional platform for us!”

Commercial executive Mandee Morris added: “We were delighted to secure a deal with Lexus Edgware Road two years ago and it really didn’t take much discussion for us to all agree for another season.

“Many of the Wood Army can now be seen driving around in their excellent cars and that shows us that the partnership is successful.”
