With the Wood moving up to the heady heights of third in the National League, thanks to Monday’s excellent 1-0 win away to mighty Wrexham, the club subsequently enjoyed the best ever day of season ticket sales in its history.
It may not sound much to the big clubs in our league, but our excellent £100 season ticket offer, which runs out at the end of April, was taken up by another 31 people. This meant that we actually enjoyed our best day of season ticket sales since our records began.
With the club about to begin building its new home stand, it is still on an upward curve and with ticket sales also at a high, this is the perfect time for both old and new supporters to get behind the club and each other, and all commit to a local community club that’s defying all the odds. Even if you can’t make every game, it makes sense to purchase your season ticket for the next campaign, while adding your voice to the ever-growing Wood Army.
Remember this amazing offer works out at just £4.35-a-game, which is a huge, huge saving on normal match day entry costs, and there will be an increase on match day admission next season.
With our offer running out at the end of the current campaign, you now have under four weeks to purchase your season ticket at the existing price of just £100!
The ticket prices will increase to £150 in May, £200 in June, £250 in July and £300 in August, so make sure that you get yours while it’s just £100.
We want to really encourage families to get involved and we really want to see a huge uplift in the purchase of children’s season tickets, which are at present still very slow on the uptake. We feel that children’s prices are equally excellent value, with them beginning at £30 (£1.30 per game) for under 12s, £50 (£2.17 per game) for under 16s and £80 (£3.48 per game) for under 18s.
That means we are presently offering unbeatable family prices. For example, for a family of four (two adults and two under 12’s), that means that you can watch 23 home league games at National League or League Two level for just £11.30 per game for a family of four.
We really are doing our very best for as many local people as possible, we really do want you to be proud of what’s being achieved, and we really want you to be a part of a local community football club that cares.
ITS YOUR TOWN, ITS YOUR CLUB, ITS YOUR COMMUNITY.
