Boreham Wood FC would like to congratulate both Sam and Sophie John who won our recent charity raffle to claim a framed signed Arsenal shirt complete with certificate of authenticity.
The Club would like to thank you everyone who participated in our Christmas charity raffle at Borehamwood TESCO, where we were packing bags to raise money for local charities over the Christmas shopping period.
All money raised from both the bag packing and the raffle will go to the Elstree and Borehamwood Dementia Club, as well as the Boreham Wood Community Trust.
The Boreham Wood first team and staff, as well as the Club’s PASE Academy players, were all on hand at Borehamwood TESCO to help the community during the busy Christmas period.
As a community Football Club, we believe in inclusion for all and our annual bag pack, was a fantastic opportunity to engage the whole of Borehamwood whilst raising money for two terrific local charities.
With players and staff from First Team to Academy level all involved, it was an enjoyable few days for all involved and it was great to be within the local community giving something back.
Thank you to Sam and Sophie John for taking part in the raffle and helping us to raise money for some excellent local causes, we hope you like your framed signed Arsenal shirt!
