Boreham Wood can confirm that our 2018 away pre-season schedule will begin with a trip to Hitchin Town, on Tuesday, July 10 (7.30pm).
Luke Garrard’s men will then travel to Barnstaple, in North Devon, for a week’s intensive training camp, where they will face Barnstaple Town FC, Thursday, July 19 (7.30pm).
Upon our return from Devon, the Wood will then travel to Slough Town, on Tuesday, July 24 (7.30pm).
Our home pre-season fixtures have also been confirmed, with Chairman Danny Hunter using his contacts in football, to arrange another set of high-profile friendlies.
We will be welcoming the Brentford first team to Meadow Park on Friday, July 6 (7.30pm), a strong Arsenal XI to Meadow Park on Saturday, July 14 (3pm), Luke Garrard’s former side AFC Wimbledon, on Saturday, July 28 (3pm) and a Roy Hodgson led Crystal Palace XI on Tuesday, July 31(7.45pm).
