Luke was appointed Academy Director in 2011 following many years of excellent service, the pinnicle of which saw him guide the Boreham Wood Under 19’s to the National College Cup title that year.
Luke joined Boreham Wood in a coaching capacity in 2006 but is actually in his second spell at the club, having played for the Wood in 2005.
Following his spell with the Wood, Luke joined Northwood and subsequently AFC Wimbledon, where he became a firm favourite. He helped the then Ryman Premier side to two promotions, playing as a central midfielder and right-back.
Luke re-joined Boreham Wood in 2009, originally on loan, but finally returned on a permanent basis on at the end of January 2010.
During his time as an academy coach at the club, Luke played a key role in helping to make the make PASE Academy become the biggest and most successful of its kind in Non-League Football.
Luke couples his role in the academy, with his managerial duties at Meadow Park, having been appointed as the manager in October 2015.
