The Middlesex outfit will be sorely out for revenge.    We have met them twice away from home already, winning 0 – 1 in the League and 2 – 3 in the F.A. Challenge Cup, when the prize was an already announced home tie with Brentford.

The first game was tight, just an Omer Riza penalty between the two sides, whilst the second featured drama, controversy and a superb fight back by us.    Coming back from being two goals down inside five minutes, we turned the game on its head with three goals in reply.    There was a controversial sending off just ten minutes into the second half which I am sure will still be burning holes in the visitors minds!

Hayes & Yeading United have had wins at home to Chelmsford City 3 – 0 and Farnborough 3 – 2 which show there is much to be feared, not that we do not know much about them!

We welcome back Sam Cox and recent signing Daniel Brathwaite to Meadow Park, whom I am sure you will agree were two of Wood’s favourite charges in their time with us.

Boreham Wood vs. Hayes & Yeading United, Monday 28 January 2013, Kick Off: 7.45pm.
