Location

Boreham Wood Football Club is based in the south of Hertfordshire / North London area, with easy access from the surrounding areas. This site is very accessible by public transport, via Borehamwood and Elstree train station Thameslink line which can be reached from any area of North London within 45 minutes, and also by the 107 & 292 bus routes.

Facilities

Boreham Wood Football Club is a top quality football and Education facility that includes a full size 3rd generation football pitch that will be used for many training sessions. It will also be used for in house and Football Conference fixtures.

We also have 6 football league standard size changing rooms to accommodate for the high volume of training sessions and games played on a weekly basis. Our training complex also boasts a gymnasium and will be used for indoor core stability and circuit training and also for players receiving rehab during time of injury.

On top of these facilities the Boreham Wood site, also uses the Andy Gray style Smart Board technology, which will be utilised for discussions on tactics, team shape, team dynamics, match preparation and also one on one tuition. This technology is also used for post game analysis to discuss key factors from previous matches. This has proved to be very effectives it gives the players a visual and tactical side to their development.

Training

With all the facilities on offer Boreham Wood Football Club can offer the player a well rounded, wide range and varied schedule of training to incorporate all aspects of the game, ranging from technique, fitness, match play, circuit training, weight training and theory (smart board training). With all these components available it gives each player confidence to progress as far as their ability and attitude will allow.
