Location

Enfield College Centre is located in the Ponders Ends area with easy access by car or also via public transport on Brimsdown or Southbury train lines and can also be accessed by bus from the Wood Green, Edmonton, Brimsdown and Waltham Cross areas.

Enfield College offer a broad base of courses to all PASE students, to suit every learners needs varying from Construction to B-TEC Sports courses from levell 1 to level 3.

Construction

Basic Construction Skills Certificate City & Guilds Level 1
This course has been designed by City & Guilds to provide basic training and is ideal if you are seeking employment in the construction industry. You will gain experience in three construction trades: brickwork, carpentry and joinery, and painting and decorating. This course is suitable if you are 16 to 18 years old and have no previous experience or knowledge of the construction industry.

Sports Courses

Sport B-TEC Level 1
This course is an ideal introduction to the industry if you are interested in a career in sport and leisure. You will need 2 GCSEs at grade A* –F or a pass on an Entry Level course.

Sport B-TEC Level 2
This course is ideal if you are interested in a career in the sport and leisure industries. You must have good literacy and research skills. A strong interest in sport, sport science and the business of the sports industry is essential for you to succeed on this course. You will need 3 GCSEs at grade A* –D or a Level 1 qualification at Merit grade.

Sport BTEC Extended (Development and Fitness or University Entrance Pathway) Level 3
This course is ideal if you are seeking a career in the leisure and sports industries or further study at university. You must have good literacy and research skills. A strong interest in sport and the business of the sports industry is essential for you to succeed on this course. You will need 5 GCSEs at grade A* –C or a Level 2 qualification at Merit level.
