Luke Garrard
Luke is a twenty-five year old defender or midfield player who joined Boreham Wood in October 2005 from Bishop’s Stortford. He made his First Team debut against Chatham Town (Home) on the 22 October 2005.
Luke began his Career as a Schoolboy at Tottenham Hotspur before becoming a Scholar at Swindon Town. He made his First Team debut for Swindon Town in 2003/04, and played eight games in the League as well as three Cup games for them during the 2004/05 Season.
He is a versatile player who can play either at right back or anywhere across the midfield. He transferred to Northwood before moving on to AFC Wimbledon, for whom he made over 100 First Team appearances. He rejoined Boreham Wood in October 2009 on a six week Temporary Transfer from AFC Wimbledon, which was extended to 3 January 2010. Luke finally rejoined Boreham Wood on a permanent basis on the 29 January 2010. Luke is also a P.A.S.E. Scheme Coach at Boreham Wood F.C.
